This training provides an overview of the systems, software, and data processes that power federal student aid. Whether you're new to financial aid or looking to deepen your expertise, this standalone course will help you better understand how systems and online tools connect.
What you can expect to learn about:
- How to access key systems like SAM, AIMS, and FSA Partner Connect
- The flow of critical student data, including ISIRs, Common Records, and NSLDS reports
- How essential tools, such as EDExpress, EDconnect, and TDClient, support daily operations
- The role of major systems such as FPS, COD, NSLDS, and G5
- Completing online reporting requirements, including eZ-Audit and IPEDS
