The FSA Training Center is pleased to announce two new microlearning courses on FAFSA Partner Portal (FPP).
Making an ISIR Request in FPP
In this course, you will learn how to use the ISIR Request feature in FPP to transmit ISIRs to your SAIG Mailbox. The course introduces you to the three types of ISIR requests you can make in the system and contains a video that guides you through the ISIR request process.
Identity Verification in FPP
This course provides a quick overview of identity verification reporting and contains a video walkthrough of how to use the Identity Verification feature in FPP. This feature is now available for the 2025–26 award year and will be available for the 2026–27 award year at the start of the processing cycle. Please review the Electronic Announcement GENERAL-25-36 for additional information.
In addition to these new trainings, we’ve updated our existing FPP courses – FPP Overview and Applicant View, Making Corrections in FPP, and Professional Judgments and Dependency Overrides in FPP – with new information and the most current guidance. To enroll in this training, log into the FSA Training Center at fsatraining.ed.gov and select “Systems Training” from the black main menu bar and then “FAFSA Partner Portal.”
