Training Spotlight

When is the last time you completed training through the FSA Training Center?
If it’s been a while, consider jumping back in to take advantage of new and improved courses!

This month we launched 2024–25 Learning Tracks and Training Courses. We revised all courses to align with the changes made as part of FAFSA® Simplification efforts. In addition, we built the training using a new format that is more engaging, interactive, and modern. We think you’ll like it! (And we would love to hear your feedback in the course evaluations!)

Looking for comprehensive training on Title IV aid administration?

Consider FSA Basic Training for New Staff, which has twelve modules designed to train new staff or offer a complete refresher for more experienced staff. The FSA Fundamentals Training Series is another option and is specifically geared toward new schools and schools with program compliance issues.

Looking for short and focused training?

We have over thirty learning tracks in nine distinct categories to train you quickly on specific topics. Here are some tracks to consider completing if you just want to get up to speed on topics affected by FAFSA® Simplification and other recent guidance:

Finally, if you are working on your 2025–26 FISAP and need some guidance, be sure to take the FISAP Training course, which launched this week.
