Signing an Updated SAIG Enrollment Agreement for FTI-SAIG Mailbox
This video tutorial demonstrates the steps to enroll for an FTI-SAIG mailbox on the SAIG Enrollment site. Partners must sign an updated Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG) enrollment agreement to receive Institutional Student Information Records (ISIRs) for the 2024–25 award year and beyond. In this tutorial you will learn how to access an updated SAIG enrollment agreement and how to verify FTI-SAIG mailbox enrollment. For more information see Electronic Announcement GENERAL-23-79.
EDExpress Updates
We recently added two new training opportunities to our EDExpress Training page:
- a link to a recent live webinar recording where we discuss key features of the updated EDExpress user interface for 2024–25
- a two-part video series where we discuss what's new in the 2023–24 EDExpress release 2.0 software
To access these opportunities, log into the FSA Training Center at fsatraining.ed.gov and select “Systems Training” from the black main menu bar.
