Participating in and documenting your ongoing training is a best practice for successful Title IV aid administration. We would like to remind you of the availability of Certificates of Completion.
A Certificate of Completion is available for almost all of our training including the Fundamentals Training Series, FSA Basic Training for New Staff, EDExpress Training, and all Learning Tracks on the site. A certificate is available once all the course requirements are met, such as reviewing all lessons and passing one or more assessments. We do not offer certificates for viewing recorded webinars.
To download or print a certificate once you finish a course, choose the certificate on the course home page once you have met the requirements and the certificate is highlighted. Follow the prompts to download/print.
To download or print a certificate for a training you have already completed:
- Log into the FSA Training Center at fsatraining.ed.gov
- From the black main menu bar, select Dashboard and Go To My Dashboard
- From the My Learning block on the left, select Record of Learning
- Choose Completed Learning in the Learning Block on the left
- Select any active courses (shown in black) to go to that course page and get your certificate
Our courses get updated every year. If you complete one of our year-specific offerings, please print your certificate before that training is updated a the start of each award year.
If you need assistance with certificates, please email helpdesk.fsatraining@ed.gov. Thank you for participating in training!
