The 2023–24 Verification Learning Track offers self-paced lessons on verification and conflicting information and includes two scenario-based activities to practice what you have learned. You may download a certificate of completion once you have finished the training.
You can also watch recordings of the Verification 2022-23 and 2023-24 Webinar from March 2023 as well as the Conflicting Information Webinar from April 2022, which were both presented by FSA Training Officers. Each presentation includes a leave-behind handout to review key resources and practice concepts learned, as well as a transcript of the Q&As provided during the live session.
