Learning Tracks

Training Videos
- Administering Disbursements reviews normal, early, late, post-withdrawal, and retroactive disbursements with a variety of student scenarios highlighted.
- Title IV Credit Balances covers how and when to pay Title IV credit balances and discusses when you can hold a credit balance.
- Separation of Functions outlines the required separation of duties for authorizing payments and disbursing funds.
