New Toolkit Videos and Reminder to Complete Training by July 29
The FSA Training Center is pleased to announce the availability of a new video series, the FSA Resource Toolkit! This series of short videos instructs Financial Aid Administrators on how to find and use important FSA resources on the Knowledge Center which are critical to the day-to-day administration of Title IV aid. The videos cover the following topics:
- FSA Handbook
- Dear Colleague Letters and Electronic Announcements
- Federal Register and the eCFR
- Operational Guides
- How to Ask a Question on the Help Center
To access these videos, log into the FSA Training Center at fsatraining.ed.gov, select “Recorded Training” then “Training Videos” then “FSA Resources.”
REMINDER: At the end of July we will be removing training courses specific to the 2021–22 award year and replacing them with courses for the 2022–23 award year on August 1. If you are in the middle of FSA Coach Fundamentals, FSA Basic Training for New Staff, or any one of the Learning Tracks, please finish your work by July 29. Alternatively, you can choose to not complete the 2021–22 training and instead wait for the release of the 2022–23 training.
