This learning track explores the basic concepts of packaging federal and non-federal aid to meet student needs and coordinate resources to avoid overawards. You will learn about federal need analysis, cost of attendance budgets, other financial assistance, and the types of academic calendars used to package and disburse aid. The course also includes a discussion of packaging philosophy and models. The track contains seven courses and should take around 3 hours to complete.

This learning track reviews the more advanced concepts of awarding aid when you have modules or intersessions as well as how to administer summer aid.  This track contains two courses and should take around 45 minutes to complete.

This learning track explores the administration of Title IV aid when you have a nonstandard term program. This track contains one course and should take around 15 minutes to complete.

This learning track reviews aid administration for students who transfer from one school to another in the middle of a year. Transfer Student Monitoring in the NSLDS® database as well as Pell Grant and Direct Loan awarding are covered. The track contains four courses and should take around 80 minutes to complete.
